Standard accounts include a 48-hour hold window from the moment of delivery confirmation. Traveler Mode users enjoy an extended 14-day hold period.
What identification do I need for pickup? +
You'll need the unique Stuup QR code found in your app or email. Most points also require a valid government-issued ID.
Can I redirect a package already in transit? +
Direct redirection through Stuup is only available if you used your Stuup ID at checkout. Otherwise, use the carrier's redirection tools.
